Chimpanzees yesterday eat snacks hidden inside specially designed books to celebrate World Book Day at Kaohsiung’s Shoushan Zoo. Zookeepers and volunteers hid some of the chimps’ favorite foods inside the recycled cardboard books, such as raisins, dried pineapple and sunflower seeds.
