The Minister of Health and Welfare on Friday is to publish the results of an investigation into complaints about three department heads accused of involvement in workplace bullying, Deputy Minister of Health and Welfare Lue Jen-der (呂建德) said on Friday.
The Ministry of Labor has released the results of its investigation into a case of alleged workplace bullying and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on Wednesday said it has started a probe into an online post that accused a CDC division head of bullying coworkers.

Chinese-language media reported a separate situation in which another department head was accused of involvement in workplace bullying.
Minister of Health and Welfare Chiu Tai-yuan (邱泰源) on Thursday told lawmakers that his ministry would immediately form a task group, led by Lue, to look into the allegations.
Lue on Friday said that his ministry has initiated investigations into the cases where complainants have specified bullying behaviors.
“We will report the investigative progress and preliminary results within a week, and hopefully in the process adjust our internal interaction and communication methods, giving our coworkers more friendly workplaces,” he said, adding that the results of the probe would be released on Friday next week.
CDC Director-General Chuang Jen-hsiang (莊人祥) on Thursday told lawmakers that the agency’s report would be finished by Thursday and that a performance evaluation meeting would be held on the same day.
A department head surnamed Su (蘇), who was accused of being involved in workplace bullying, on Friday said she had asked if she was one of the accused after seeing the media report, but that she had not yet been informed by the ministry.
Su said that she would cooperate with the investigation if she has been accused, adding that although she cannot recall having bullied any coworkers, she cannot guarantee that she did not neglect their feelings during their interactions.
