PINTrust is showcasing at MWC (Mobile World Congress) in Barcelona, Spain, an innovative interactive shortcode service this coming February. The MWC is the largest mobile communications event in the world that brings together the latest innovations in global communications technologies.
PINTrust’s interactive shortcode service reshapes the trust relationship between enterprises and consumers through a two-way, real-name platform with enterprise-side KYC (Know Your Customer). It empowers the public’s ability to verify the source of shortcodes, and thus effectively eliminating fraudulent activities and significantly contributing to societal communication security.
The service is formed with close collaborations among Taiwan’s three major telecommunications operators (Chunghwa Telecom, Taiwan Mobile, and Far EasTone), and with the indispensable support of the Taiwan Telecommunications Industry Development Association (TTIDA). These critical partners’ collective efforts have enabled PINTrust to grow rapidly and bring Taiwan’s innovative technology to the international stage.
PINTrust has attracted fundings from Whitesun Capital, the Development Bank of Japan, the National Development Fund, and a number of corporate venture funds to grow a wide range of applications, including areas such as culture, government events, election campaigns, sports events, online live broadcasts, and real-time media voting. This marks a new way of interacting with the public and provides businesses with a new solution to avoid identity fraud.
The appearance of PINTrust at MWC Barcelona is not only a major achievement for the company itself but also marks a big step forward in the field of communications security.

A fisher surnamed Chen (陳) went to Fenniaolin to collect the fish in his netting, but instead caught a 3m long, 500kg dugong. The fisher released the animal back into the wild, not realizing it was an endangered species at

Chu was ruled not guilty in the first trial, but was found guilty
DEADLOCK: As the commission is unable to forum a quorum to review license renewal applications, the channel operators are not at fault and can air past their license date The National Communications Commission (NCC) yesterday said that the Public Television Service (PTS) and 36 other television and radio broadcasters could continue airing, despite the commission’s inability to meet a quorum to review their license renewal applications. The licenses of PTS and the other channels are set to expire between this month and June. The National Communications Commission Organization Act (國家通訊傳播委員會組織法) stipulates that the commission must meet the mandated quorum of four to hold a valid meeting. The seven-member commission currently has only three commissioners. “We have informed the channel operators of the progress we have made in reviewing their license renewal applications, and
