The regular season, composed of 60 SBL games and 48 WSBL games, also includes rounds at Banqiao Stadium, Hsinchu Municipal Gymnasium, National Changhua University of Education and Kaohsiung Fengshan Stadium, the CTBA national body said in a statement on Wednesday.
The SBL and the WBSL ended their seasons early last year in April due to a COVID-19 outbreak.
Bank of Taiwan were declared the winners of the SBL based on their regular-season record, with Cathay Life declared the winners of the WSBL.
CTBA secretary-general Lee Yun-hsiang told a news conference on Wednesday that the SBL and the WSBL, which are now in their 20th and 18th editions respectively, had come a long way.
“Over the 20 years [of the SBL], we have seen many great players who are now coaches or general managers of basketball teams,” Lee said. “And over the 18 editions of the WSBL, we have also seen it produce so many young players who are now performing well at international tournaments.”

About 260 riders from 22 countries — most women and girls aged 10 to 20 —
