Flash-fried Prawns
What you need:
‧2 tbsp olive oil
‧300g large prawn
‧ Garlic
‧ Chilies and parsley
‧ Lemon skin and juice
How to do it:
‧ Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a pan. Cook the garlic until it starts to color. Add the prawns and chilies. Stir quickly and keep turning the prawns in the pan.
‧ Step 2: After 1 minute, pour in the lemon juice.
Sprinkle over the lemon skin and parsley.
