Some studies suggested that fasting can actually reduce inflammation and improve overall fitness.

intermittent、interval
During the intermission, the audience can get drinks and refreshments prepared by the catering company.
These plants should be spaced at roughly 10cm intervals.
一般人說「I am on a diet.」
It’s important to maintain a balanced diet.
除了飲食外,近年來也越來越多人去健身房健身,「去健身房」可以用go to the gym或者hit the gym,而「運動」可以說exercise (v)或work out (v)。
Jim usually works out at the gym near his office.
To get rid of a beer belly, you need a combination of diet and exercise.
There are several exercises we can do to tone our core muscles.
1. To burn excess fat more quickly, you need to ________ on refined carbs, eat a healthy diet and incorporate some strength training.
(A) work out
(B) work off
(C) cut down
(D) turn out
2. The company claimed that their pills can help customers achieve _________ in six weeks without dieting and exercising.
(A) weigh lost
(B) weight lost
(C) lose weight
(D) weight loss

Noise pollution is a frequently underestimated environmental hazard. While hearing loss is the best-known outcome associated with noise, emerging research is uncovering how noise affects our health in other ways. From impaired memory and sleep disturbances to cardiovascular problems, the impact of noise is profound. For a start, unpleasant or excessively loud sounds can lead to stress and divert attention. Even everyday noises, such as those caused by traffic, lawnmowers, and construction work, can interfere with cognitive functions and elevate stress levels. “Our ears capture sound, but we hear with our brains,” explains Wei Sun, an audiology researcher at
