Anti-Asian hate crimes

And it is a great honor to be invited to the White House today to discuss the important issues of anti-Asian hate crimes, Asian inclusion and diversity.
The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic brought about Anti-Asian hate crimes, which in the US spiked 339 percent last year.
inclusion and diversity
Part of civic inclusion in the US even now still eschews citizens who are of Asian descent.
Biodiversity includes not only rare or endangered species, but also every living thing, from humans to organisms.
devastate、surge
We were devastated by the recent surge of hate crimes, including Asian American hate crimes. To put a stop on this and support the cause, we’d like to take this opportunity to express ourselves once again.
Continuous hurricanes have caused devastating damage and significant loss of life to Caribbean island nations.
Housing prices across the country have surged over 20 percent in a span of two years, so economists have started worrying about a possible bubble.
The celebrity’s reputation took a nose dive after his many love affairs came to light.
transcend
We still feel surprised that music created by South Korean artists reaches so many people around the world. We believe music is always an amazing and wonderful unifier of all things.
transcend barriers/limits/boundaries是常見的搭配詞,表示「超越障礙/極限/界限」。
The artist far transcends the others in creativity and vision.
Consumers are encouraged to transact through digital channels to avoid infections.
The alleged criminal has been charged with trespassing in Harry and Meghan’s California home.

Renhe sat stiffly at the Wei Ya banquet, picking at the symbolic dishes on the table. Fish for abundance, sticky rice cake for progress — it all seemed superstitious to him. The shrine to the Land God near the entrance, adorned with offerings, incense, and fruit, struck him as frivolous. “What does this have to do with running a business?” Renhe scrolled on his phone as his co-workers performed skits and poorly sung songs. He wasn’t even paying attention to the lucky draws when his name was called. The room filled with applause and cheers as he went to the stage
The cocoa industry is currently facing a crisis, with this year’s cocoa trading price soaring to an unprecedented $10,000 per ton—a 400 percent increase from last year—stemming from diminished crop yields. Given cocoa’s indispensable role in chocolate-making, this surge has driven up chocolate prices and triggered concerns about the sustainability of global chocolate production. West Africa, home to over half of the world’s cocoa trees, is at the center of this issue. The Republic of Cote d’Ivoire and the Republic of Ghana, in particular, are facing severe challenges from both natural disasters and human-induced factors, substantially impacting cocoa harvests. Climate change, with
