Taichung City’s Seventh Redevelopment Zone has long topped the municipality’s housing markets in value, being situated near the heart of city politics, economy and finance. With the National Taichung Theater and the Cross Greenway nearby and two of the most profitable department stores in the area, Platinum Mansions offers its residents a taste of the high life.
Located on the crossing of Shihjheng North Rd and Huimin Rd., the complex is expected to have 37 floors above ground and seven basement floors. Coupled with the attractions and nearby stores, sealing a deal at the Platinum Mansions ensures that the individual is at the center of Taichung’s comfort and fashion industry.
Based on the development history of the Xinyi District in Taipei, the Seventh Redevelopment Zone in Taichung has the potential for many years of continued development.

Based on the registry index for actual housing sale prices, the final price for pre-sold apartments in the area, such as the New City Vision complex, the Above and Beyond complex, and the Belle Epoque complex, have all sold above NT$800,000 per ping and going on NT$900,000.
The new complexes all feature medium to large-sized apartments, which differs from the soon-to-be-sold Platinum Mansion complex. The complex also targets high-level managers and second-generation corporate families as ideal clients.
Residential high-rises constructed by Highwealth Construction in the redevelopment zone all have clear targets and have thus far been well-received by the market. However, with land available for construction projects on the decline, the Platinum Mansion – at the center of the redevelopment zone – is holding everyone’s attention.
With the Platinum Mansion complex, Highwealth Construction is redefining the concept of “luxury housing,” and to ensure that view is implemented, the company obtained the services of both PIA Interior Co. Ltd. – known for their continued collaboration with the Marriott hotel chain – and the G.a Design Co., who designed the W Hotel, as the complex’s principal designers.
PIA Interior Co President Rujiraporn Pia Wanglee. With more than two decades of design experience, she is an expert at melding multiple cultural elements into a cohesive whole.
Highwealth Construction’s international teams are breaking tradition. They will try to “guide” future residents on how to enjoy their life, allowing residents to choose their interior design or leave it entirely to the Highwealth and its hired designers.
The company said that we want to provide the best possible living experiences for our clients and set a new milestone on building planning and design.
We aim to make the community feel like a five-star hotel and the home of the presidential suite, Highwealth said. (Advertorial)
‘SWASTICAR’: Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s close association with Donald Trump has prompted opponents to brand him a ‘Nazi’ and resulted in a dramatic drop in sales Demonstrators descended on Tesla Inc dealerships across the US, and in Europe and Canada on Saturday to protest company chief Elon Musk, who has amassed extraordinary power as a top adviser to US President Donald Trump. Waving signs with messages such as “Musk is stealing our money” and “Reclaim our country,” the protests largely took place peacefully following fiery episodes of vandalism on Tesla vehicles, dealerships and other facilities in recent weeks that US officials have denounced as terrorism. Hundreds rallied on Saturday outside the Tesla dealership in Manhattan. Some blasted Musk, the world’s richest man, while others demanded the shuttering of his
Taiwan’s official purchasing managers’ index (PMI) last month rose 0.2 percentage points to 54.2, in a second consecutive month of expansion, thanks to front-loading demand intended to avoid potential US tariff hikes, the Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research (CIER, 中華經濟研究院) said yesterday. While short-term demand appeared robust, uncertainties rose due to US President Donald Trump’s unpredictable trade policy, CIER president Lien Hsien-ming (連賢明) told a news conference in Taipei. Taiwan’s economy this year would be characterized by high-level fluctuations and the volatility would be wilder than most expect, Lien said Demand for electronics, particularly semiconductors, continues to benefit from US technology giants’ effort
ADVERSARIES: The new list includes 11 entities in China and one in Taiwan, which is a local branch of Chinese cloud computing firm Inspur Group The US added dozens of entities to a trade blacklist on Tuesday, the US Department of Commerce said, in part to disrupt Beijing’s artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced computing capabilities. The action affects 80 entities from countries including China, the United Arab Emirates and Iran, with the commerce department citing their “activities contrary to US national security and foreign policy.” Those added to the “entity list” are restricted from obtaining US items and technologies without government authorization. “We will not allow adversaries to exploit American technology to bolster their own militaries and threaten American lives,” US Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick said. Minister of Finance Chuang Tsui-yun (莊翠雲) yesterday told lawmakers that she “would not speculate,” but a “response plan” has been prepared in case Taiwan is targeted by US President Donald Trump’s reciprocal tariffs, which are to be announced on Wednesday next week. The Trump administration, including US Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent, has said that much of the proposed reciprocal tariffs would focus on the 15 countries that have the highest trade surpluses with the US. Bessent has referred to those countries as the “dirty 15,” but has not named them. Last year, Taiwan’s US$73.9 billion trade surplus with the US
