On April 6, The Action Asia Challenge will return to Taiwan and those interested in participating should apply now.
Action Asia Challenge brought its own brand of running, swimming, kayaking, climbing and rappelling to Fuhsing Township last year, drawing a field of participants from Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong and both local and foreign residents in Taiwan.

The event this year will be taking palace at Sun Moon Lake and a cycling element will be added to the disciplines.
Teams taking part must consist of three people and can compete in all men, all women, mixed and evergreen categories (combined age over 120).
The course is designed to be completed in 4.5 hours by the winners, but all contestants must keep up a certain pace or be cut off at check-points along the way.
While many contestants do have marathon, iron man or triathlon experience, this is not a requirement and organizers said it caters primarily to the weekend warrior.
