A walk in the park
“I love England!” Kathleen declared. “Everything is so fresh and beautiful.”
Mark and Kathleen were strolling through Windsor Great Park.
“It is a lovely park,” Mark said.
“And so big! Over 20km2! Look at all these amazing trees!” Kathleen shouted. Just then they turned a corner and found themselves at the top of a slope covered with flowerbeds full of pink flowers.
“Wow! They must have taken ages to plant!” Mark said.
Mark and Kathleen stopped to take a photo under a towering totem pole.
“I wonder how that got here?” Kathleen wondered.
The pair continued on their way. They passed a beautiful waterfall and took some more photos. They soon came across a ruined temple.
“Look Mark! A Greek temple!”
“What on earth is that doing here?” Mark asked.
“It must have been brought over from Greece,” Kathleen replied. “It’s amazing. I really want to get a closer look. We can take a great photo in the middle. Let’s climb over those railings.”
“I don’t think that’s such a great idea,” Mark said, but it was too late. Kathleen had slipped through the railings...

Despite being a basic tool, pens come in a wide variety of forms. Classic styles include fountain pens, which deliver liquid ink smoothly through metal tips. Another common type is the ballpoint pen, which is easy to use. There are even special felt pens that are especially popular among artists. __1__ They have a small hole at the top. So why is it there in the first place? Could it actually be a design flaw? __2__ Since 1991, companies such as BIC have been producing ballpoint pens with holes in their caps for two main reasons: quality control
Visitors walking down the streets of London and other major English cities might notice a curious sight. Many of the old __1__ have some of their windows boarded up. Without any pattern extending to the coins’ rims, it was difficult to tell if the edges had been __4__. This
